To Tri and Friends: Good Fight.
RK went there itching for a fight, and we got one. The fight was lost but thats ok, many of us just didn't care. We were there to loose and destroy ships, it was all good, and there were some things learned for next time.
But I do have to stress that the lag in that fight was really bad and many of my friends and corp members reported of basically never being able to lock anything. I was able to lock two hostile carriers for the entire fight, and I managed to lock two friendlies but never able to activate remote repair modules. I am sure many on both sides can say the same.
I would have loved to redo that fight with no lag, I'm sure it wold have been an epic fight on both sides.
Well Again, Good Fight and we'll be seeing you :)

1. We inform the Alliance we are attacking. 2. We decide on the System we are to fight in. 3. The date ( give a range of a week or two maybe )
Inform CCP of the date etc and request that node for that area be reinforced. for a week either side of those dates.
Then when the attack takes place we all act suprised, and suitably outraged that this has happened.
And we have a HUGE battle with little lag.
Well what do you think.
I support this message.

I said Good Fight in my earlier post because I show respect to those who brought the fight. I'm not about to concede that our side got stomped. The losses were not due to better tactics or more numbers. We lost because we could not lock each other in order to remote rep. For the entire fight I was able to only lock two or three ships. And never had any of my modules activate. Computer wise I'm on 2.2ghz machine with 3gig of ram on a 6 meg fiber (bi-directional) connection. Graphics were turned down to 15k colors, small tags. etc etc. I could look around the screen, look at other things, etc etc just couldn't activate.
